Simarpreet Bhatia Scores Runners Up in Amritsar (East)...Sidhu Wins ...But People appreciate Simarpreet's Fight for her people

Ok.Friends...News is SIMARPREET BHATIA... has lost the elections...She came a CLOSE SECOND...She Did Beat Congress's Officicial Candidate Sunil Datti and thus showing, that it was a Mistake by congress the reject her candidature and congress itself be blamed for its mess and not listening to the VOICE OF PEOPLE..

Although, we lost, But i thought it was a duty to post the results of final votes , as the elections were fought with honestly and we tried our level best...But being an Independent Candidate and having lost her husband just before elections...the organisation of election was not that upto mark and we falter a bit somewhere....

Final Result  for Amritsar (East):

Total Votes Polled : 91998

• NAVJOT SIDHU BJP (wife of MP SIDHU) ---- 33406  (WINNER)
• SIMARPREET BHATIA (INDEPENDENT) ----26307 (RUNNERS UP)
• SUNIL DATTI (CONGRESS)           ------------25964 (3RD POSITION)

Now , its clear we i.e Simarpreet Bhatia polled more votes than Congress's Official candidate ,343 votes more...

If we see my previous Posting on Election Result Prediction....The major difference is Sunil Datti's  vote share...We were expecting him to poll around 15000 votes...but he polled around 10000 more votes...Infact victory marjin is 7101 votes which seem to have gone to Sunil Datti....So here Congress has played spoiler for us....

We seem to have miscalculated the Congress Support i.e Be it Sunil Datti or any junior worker...One should expect that Congress Candidae would get a Head- Start of about 10000, (10k) votes because of party association....and then build our campaign on it......

Friends , thanks for the support and interest....Its been a learning experience....Analysing the results...
In near future , if again somebody worth supporting from amongst us common people stands with good intentions....I shall again support him/her...

Re-Polling in AMRITSAR (EAST)...BOOTH NO. 76, SCARED SIDHU PLAYS CRY BABY...

Friends, as posted a day before...news is now that Sidhu (M.P) appealed against polling at booth number 76.
The EC says talking no chances..and has announced Re-Polling on Feb -2' 2012.

If you check, this incident was already mentioned in below post, where i had pointed out that Sidhu got angry at seeing 95% votes for SIMARPREET BHATIA....This was seen when Sidhu complaint againt non-resitration of votes...

The Day and Night News channel reports EC, Delhi saying that mock data was'nt deleted, while tribune above reports about technical snag....So whats the real reason ???--Simarprret Winning....

Nevertheless...Sidhu has hit his own head with a brick...Now, Simarpreet is gonna get even more votes and supporters are ready to make sure that everyone votes in Booth number 76.

This is about 8-9% less than the average voter turnout of 76.63% in Punjab overall

But this is the highest voting %age amongst the Five(5) Amritsar  Constituencies ...

Now, this is good news for SIMARPREET BHATIA SUPPORTERS. She May have tripped NAVJOT SIDHU and His Wife.

Logic: For us Indpendent Candidate Simarpreet Bhatia's Team, we were sure of bringing the voters out.. We made sure every possible available voter goes to polling booth.

The Effort made incase of Our Indepenedent Candidate Simarpreet bhatia was selfless sacrifice and our belief that She's one amongst us, that some Injustice has happened after what congress did (cancelling her ticket) , So our support was full from heart.

The Industrial Belt of East Mohan Nagar was all for Mrs. Bhatia...

Now other factor : If we take that Sidhu and Datti of Congress  and Your Candidate SIMARPREET BHATIA were  Standing equal .....But NOTE THAT SIMARPREET BELONGS TO AMRTITSAR -EAST AREA (GOLDEN AVENUE) , so Areas in and around her locality Like Golden Avenue, New-Golden Avenue, Shareef Pura, Tehsil Pura, Sunder Nagar, and a few more...These Areas as per info and feedback and also logic will and have overwhelmingly Voted IN FAVOUR OF SIMARPREET BHATIA....

while NO SUCH phenomenon will be noticed incase of Congress or BJP candidates Because they are OUTSIDERS to Amritsar-East.So, most areas they will split votes in a certain ratio..while some areas have voted  one sidedly for Mrs. Bhatia... As per one report in Golden Avenue when Mr. Sidhu and supporters came to take stock of situation and made allegations of false voting...EVM were checked and it showed 196/200 votes polled in favour of Mrs. Bhatia....However voting was restarted and Sidhu left ....

Prediction Time: SIMARPREET BHATIA WILL POLL AROUND 30,000-34,000 VOTES AND WILL WIN BY ABOUT 1500-3000 VOTES FROM Mr. and Mrs. SIDHU......
